Go back Rich and read my last post yes they must disclose...BUT THEY HAVE TO HAVE SOMETHING TO DISCLOSE.... if they have not disclosed then they have not signed anything. And you were saying a military contract must be disclosed ...it does not if its a NDA...they just have to disclose that they are in talks with them or that they have a contract but not disclose what the contract is for.... Dont read what you want to read what is written... I never said a word about them not being a public company Those are YOUR words not mine
