Publicly traded under MC. Owned it before, pays a nice dividend. hired a bunch of bankers earlier this year based on all the m&a animal spirits. Very high end group, lots of distressed advisors, ex GS etc but also a lot of energy backgrounds which goes hand in hand with the sector. A +ive imo
