Once ya sell your house and the deal CLOSES, you can't just go back 13 yrs later and take your park bench or bird bath, THEY WERE PART of your negotiated sale of you home, just like 75/25 was part of the negotiated closing of the GSA/POR
WHen a court case closes every single thing agreed to as part of the settlement APPLIES for ever , UNLESS IS SPECIFIES differently..
