Shell status - we just found out last night when speaking with the securities attorney who prepared the opinion that The lawyer that was handling the merger screwed up the filing of the sos with freedom and filed a merger with termination and dissolution of entity vs what the acquisition / merger agreement stated which was the acquisition of 100% of freedoms outstanding stock as a wholly owned subsidiary. Cohen is working on a resolution immediately.
Merger docs out for deal cohen was in Texas for last week. Should be seeing execution of new merger here hopefully this week as both parties are just completing their redline now.
