Trump is hopeless. He knows nothing about any of this except what he's seen in movies. Haven't you been following the news? Tulsi Gabbard is trying to figure out how to make him read the President's Daily Brief. He doesn't like to read, so he mostly refuses. Gabbard wants to try to do something with Fox anchors that would be more engaging for him.

But given the need for security clearances, that is not in the cards. So we shall see. My guess is that Trumpy will remain unenlightened for the rest of his term.
