I do understand how the dilution sales work! However, they do have the option to PAUSE any dilution for a couple of days to let MULN bounce up to Reward all the investors! They could dilute the OS again after the Quick Rally.

If without any dilution sale today (Very Possible), then MULN will Quickly and Easily soar back to May 19's high $49 (about $26.5M MV) again since it is at Hyper Oversold status with Ridiculous Low $4M MV at Bottom $7.49!

Note, its extra-NASDAQ peer has almost Ten Times Higher OS (5,234,277 shares) but it did run a RAPID 2.222-Baggers+ Big Rally (from $0.045 to $0.1 Within just a Single day) with $0.85 a share Cash Value and $0.4 a share Book Value!
