It is a duplicate as best read by these 3am eyes.
The company likely reposted May 30, 2025, to reinforce the news or maintain investor engagement following the initial announcement, which is a common practice to ensure market awareness and clarity on significant corporate developments. A very material event, so a reiteration is justified. I don't see any typo or actual update in the news for May 30th, from May 19th.
