That's rhe problem with the delay. Nobody knows if FDIC is about to close the receivership next year or 100 years from now. So at what point will the "hedge funds" call it to sue for closure? They havent called it in the last 17 years. So I doubt anyone will. I think they are all hoping it will resolve just right around the corner.
