There was a joke we always used to make back in college years. I don't remember the whole thing verbatim but it went something like... There were others too but most of them involved our best impressions of his voice and our hatred for his wife for her "just say no" bullshit that turned into zero tolerance laws, which locked people in prison for simple possession of so much as a joint in their pocket.
