I wonder why PLUG felt compelled to include a proposal to amend the company charter to " provide for exculpation of officers from breach of fiduciary duty"?


Why would an honest company need to amend their Charter ... unless ...

there is a history of the company (PLUG's) officers breaching their FIDUCIARY DUTIES ?

It doesn't need to be a law, it should be Standard, Ethical Procedure for every company.

It is interesting and telling that Plug doesn't think so.
