I think we need to wait at least 1 year post receivership closure to see if we got robbed or not. The money has always been there in remote bk. Jpm publically stated they did not purchase Wamu loan portfolio. Wamu was earnings $9B a year in interest from its portfolio in 2007. So the money is definitely there.. collecting interest for the last 17 years.

Whether we will see a dime of it or get robbed by insiders is another question. I would give it 1 year past closure of receivership and then consider it a loss if we see nothing by then.

The better question is how much longer will the FDIC use "Libor lawsuit" as a delaying tactic to shut down the receivership. Maybe this is how they rob us. Keep it open for another 30 years and by then all of us would be dead or have dementia and wont remember shit.
