They are shares that are available to sell but may or may not be sold. I think they will end up with 200 million issued and outstanding from my understanding. I believe they currently have about 88 million issued an outstanding as of the last filing. I'm not sure if the shares being sold include part of the current shares outstanding. In that case the number would be even lower. Maybe somebody else can lend some insight into that. This could have something to do with the IPO. There's a lockout when you purchase an IPO. And since it's been exactly 60 days my thought is it's the individuals involved in the IPO. So they may sell or they may hold the shares. Hopefully somebody with a grater understanding can read through that and provide better insight.
