Bullying a bully back is the best way to torture him. He doesn't have a specific person to attack or bring down the weight of the government on, so he will probably be firing blindly at anything or anyone that he feels he can punch down on. He is now free to go after musk ox, so I imagine he will be in the freefire zone. Once TACO went internationally viral, he is in for something that won't go away easily.
