That link I got from the blog I listed in Phase 3 post. These types of stats be quite hard to keep imo. But bottom line is we need to discuss what is and isn't working.

I'm going to hold off on my thoughts of root causes of witnessing until I see others comment. But I'll give a primer.

No matter the type of witnessing from street preaching to make a friend first modern day church witnessing technique if the gospel message is watered down no true repentance saving grace is taking place.

This idea you tell someone God loves you bla, bla, bla, and forget to tell them living a Christian lifestyle is not for wimps. In fact one of the hardest things you'll ever do.

That in order to be truly saved a NEW creation IN CHRIST you must turn from your worldly ways it turns into another feel good sermon you can get from 85% of the churches in America today who have allowed the TRUE gospel message to be wattered down in order to convert people. Then they wonder why they back slide. Unbelivable!
