It is a conundrum. Most of the publications regarding Delfin though are LNG/Oil related.
Could be a disconnect between their interest in the finance aspect over the gas versus the interest a financial publication may have in the shell who just hasn’t picked up on this yet.
Company probably hasn’t commented on the shell either since the original publication, so not surprising there isn’t a whole lot of buzz and the news died back in 2017
