It's 2.4M per round. The first round is fully subscribed. There will be 5 rounds. The 1st round is guaranteed and there is a strong commitment from the buyer for 5 rounds.

Not everyone is selling. Some people who don't need the money are not selling. We will have monthly dividends starting in september or october.
