Signature apps was a shell company created by Jacob DiMartino for the purpose of acquiring the business Raadr Inc. He began to orchestrate this while still CEO of Raadr before leaving in October 2024. I describe what "Signature Apps" is in post# 56703 complete with links to the filings. DiMartino buys into this company effective December 31st, acquires the business of his previous failed venture, Raadr Inc, now few months later this one person wonder of an operation is a brand announcing partnerships exposing it world wide. 🙄Wouldn't have anything to do with a regulation A offering priced deep in the trips pending its SEC qualification. 😏 This previous Raadr business is so valuable that he acquired it for 100 million shares of New Generation stock valued at $60K.

Lets go to the regulation A offering circular DiMartino amended and filed May 19, 2025 for New Generation Group. Page 21 of the offering circular under the heading "Our Business" we find several paragraphs describing the business that is a copy and paste of the regulation A offering DiMartino filed while CEO of Raadr on March 14, 2024 under the heading "The Company" on page 1 of that offering circular. See "Plan of Business" beginning on page 23 of the New Generation circular and compare to that of Raadr Inc circular beginning on page 1 under the heading "Current Plan". Again this write-up is pretty much the same. I don't believe Dimartino is talking about "Cyber bullying" with the latest promotion. 🤔

To tell you how much traders were impressed with the story and Jacob DiMartino, consider that on March 27, 2024 that the Raadr (RDAR) float was less than 500 million shares and the closing price was $0.0003. The amended Raadr offering was priced at $0.0001 and DiMartino issued 2.8 billion shares at the revised price before leaving Raadr in October 2024.

The Newlan Law firm is legal counsel for both New Generation and Raadr. Eric Newlan filed Articles of Incorporation for Signature Apps on September 18, 2024 in the state of Colorado.  Jacob Dimartino registered Signature Apps in Arizona as a foreign to the Colorado filing dated October 15, 2024.This shell company was used to divest and transfer the pre acquisition assets of the Raadr Inc business as part of the Mexedia reverse merger agreements. The stock exchange agreement linked below shows that the Raadr assets were exchanged for 100 million shares of New Generation stock valued at $60K. This agreement was dated December 31, 2024 the same date as Jacob Dimartino's purchase of majority control of New Generation.
