Bullshit. You don't believe in any of that. You're a fucking liar. You support Israel, and anyone who doesn't is just an antisemite. The problem is that Israel is Netanyahu... and Smotrich... and Herzi Halevi... and the settlers. They are the governing party. Israel is the citizens of Sderot who haul couches out to the hillside to watch bombs fall on their neighbors... to watch snipers cripple the children holding up signs, and murder journalists for reporting on it. Israel is the soldiers running the torture chambers. It's the young men so divorced from their own humanity that they can set out cans of food and shoot the starving children who come out to retrieve them. Israel is Moshe Feiglin.

I hear the eulogies for the beautiful young couple that were murdered in Washington, and what happened is truly awful... like "in your face" awful. But when the beautiful young couples are brown-skinned peasants starving to death or dying under the rubble in a half mile wide bomb crater, because they stood in the way of your empire, then it's "well, civilians always die in wars". And it's not real to you. And anyone who talks about it must hate Jews.

I enlisted in the army that was defending western Europe and the United States; that had liberated Europe and the death camps. And I knew a guy, a family friend, who actually did that personally, while my own family was fighting to free Asia and the South Pacific.

I enlisted to serve my country and the good we could do, and to be part of something larger than myself. If it's a mixed bag, so be it. The IDF is not a mixed bag. Name one righteous thing the IDF or the State of Israel has ever done. Name one fucking thing at all that they've done, besides conquer territory, fight to expand it, and then "defend" themselves against the people they've subjugated and continue to abuse. I'll wait.
