The doctors assistant asked me all kinds of questions about my experiences in the Gulf War. Then the doctor reviewed my answers and suggested I speak to the psychiatrist. The VA already diagnosed me with PTSD. They're really big on trying to prevent veterans from committing suicide. They just wanted to make sure I'm not thinking about doing anything like that. Most people don't know it. But statistically on average 22 veterans commit suicide every day
