Is MIKAH an issue here in selling the company ? Do the warrants cause a problem ? Why does Nasrat have so many shares? What’s the ROI on all the shares he was given / taken ? Why a million salary plus perks. It’s a 70 M a year company. How was his salary benchmarked by the board ? What does the board do ? Are they paid ? How much ? Just wondering and all just my opinion. I own a lot of shares and deserve to know more than I know. Transparency is needed. Again just my opinion
