SGMA going private at $3.02/share... a 134% premium to the close. I just bought some yesterday.. but dinky amount. I had an order to double those dinky shares today... and if I had just put the order in for pmkt as well that woulda hit it seems .. traded over 6 million shares pmkt! but to the downside
