#1. Sales & profits have been increasing at a rapid clip for the past few years, organically as well as through acquisitions.
#2. VERY LOW debt (under $2M).
#3. Shares outstanding BELOW 5M for years now. They DO NOT dilute shareholders.
#4. They have one of the best management teams of any company I have ever followed.
#5. They are operating and expanding globally.
#6. Operational costs are low and they carry very little inventory. (More of a middleman reseller).
#7. Pristine balance sheet.
#8. Most venders come to them w/ product, and they pick and choose who they bring on. They ink only w/ the best, and turn away others.
