Only problem is Mark had it current with help and then he is so incompetent that he did not once heed any advice from anyone.

1, He did not stick to his words and refrain from a reverse stock split announcement which he did only 1.5 months later (incidently it never
happened).
2, He let MIKP fall back on the expert market and void the help he received where it stayed for 14 months and ongoing.
3, He would not refrain from doing an audit (which I do not believe there was EVER any in process but was used as an excuse to buy time).
4, Never had a meeting every 3 months like he said.

He later told me specifically that he would have one every month (never happened again)
5. If you google Mark Newbauer you find he has a long history of this type of behavior where he has had people take action against him. (IE: hotel
expense/meal episode/ Skin Trade episode etc.
6, Never paid me and someone else back despite talking about it for over 2 years now. Told him the right thing to do was take a loan out to pay us
back.but he hasn't done it despite the fact by doing so would be a lot cheaper in the long run than paying the interest /penalties on the loan (he
took from us and penalties and interest he accrewed and the 25 percent interest he is still paying. Also it would be the right thing to do. That
tells me he has no intention of ever paying back.
7, He frustrated Finra and Finra gave up on him. Plain and simple to see.


Also over a year ago in early 2024 Mark said (in twitter) FINRA was going to ok everything any day for MIKP and the reverse merger /reverse stock split still has not happened.
