No one can transfer or sell their shares. I’m not sure they should even be referred to as “shares” anymore as the underlying company doesn’t exist anymore. Someone could ask their broker to get rid of any listing that remains in reference to the former shares, but since the ticker was deleted whatever the listing is can’t be transferred to anyone specifically or obviously sold.

Not sure the relevance of these other companies to the dead shell, unless it’s just made up (extra sloppy) slop and fantasy that will never be happening.
