Further, they don't owe you any substantive explanation or proof, simply because a non shareholder make such a statement, as shareholders deserve to know, You are speaking out of turn, as a basher neverendingly does and will do. Audits are not cheap.
Prove that Apple or other companies have their quarterly reports / all/any of them audited? Can you/will you do that? Probably not, being as lazy as you are.
