In a remarkable 78-page ruling, Judge Dale Ho, the presiding judge in the public corruption case of New York City Mayor Eric Adams, denied DOJ's efforts to dismiss Adams' case without prejudice (temporarily) so they could hold it over Adams' head as political leverage.
