Do you think Trump is 'running' the country rather than ruining it with his ill-thought out policies and astounding ignorance of the negative implications/results of everything he is doing?

There is no thought in his badly addled head that goes unexpressed. Biden had trouble putting one word in front of another and Trump is proving worse, much worse, in that regard. His increasingly incoherent riffs are unacceptable to educated sane people and they are making him a laughing stock around the world.
