So a long term practice of "universal injunctions" within the American legal system is under threat. Possibly late June we get an answer to the question whether or not judges retain the right to act against a president they see as blatantly violating the law. Will enough SCOTUS rule to enable a lawbreaker president to break more laws. Or the highest court in the land stand up for the rule of law? That is the question. Good one. Late June. Thanks.
