Looks like the CEO of VXIT found an investor in South Sudan which is one of the poorest countries with extreme poverty. Just shows there is always someone willing to buy VXIT, but not anyone who knows anything about investing.
He did his thing yesterday and today, but has failed again, just as any other SCAM CEO.
