3800ft here from i-80 Gold yahoo msg board (explanation follows). Firstly, I'm a large shareholder in i-80 Gold and have been so for over 2 years now. I am excited about the new team that is in place, but quite disappointed in the heavy dilution the company is in the process of using to raise significant funds. The dilution is now getting ready to happen after company CEO Richard Young stated publicly on quite a few occasions he would minimize dilution for the shareholders. Now he is in the process of doubling the outstanding share count. I'm excited about the company location (Nevada), glad to have the experienced management team in place, but not excited about the dilution of shares now in progress that we, as shareholders, were told would be minimized. I was a regular poster on the i-80 Gold yahoo message board, but their weird AI bot filter or whatever it is has blocked me from posting and actually deleted many of my posts. I posted honest, clean posts that were neither pumping the company nor derogatory towards the company.....just honest and factual posts in a sincere effort to share with others on the board. I'm not the only one that has had issues with posts being deleted on many yahoo boards......not a user friendly environment at all. If anyone reads this post, or can share this message with Chris Murray, marty, or some of the other regular and nice posters over there -----can you please relay the message that I'm still a shareholder in the company, I have not sold my shares and I am not able to post on the board there, but I can still read the postings. I’d love to see Chris Murray, marty and others sign up here and post on the iHub board as I know they and others have had repeated issues with their honest and intelligent posts on the other board. I used to be a moderator for a msg board here on iHub years ago and find this board much more user friendly. Maybe we can get some useful comments started here regarding i-80 Gold and get this board more up to date with current happenings. I reached out to investor relations several days ago and received a personal e-mail (not auto-generated) that they would be following up with me……have not heard anything additional from them yet.
