DD isn’t about parroting rumors or making smug guesses based on surface-level numbers, it’s about asking hard questions, verifying facts, and recognizing the difference between noise and insight. If you’re relying on tone over substance, you’re not doing due diligence; you’re just playing pretend analyst.

I don’t need a company to spell everything out for me. I follow the data, the filings, the market conditions, and the strategic roadmap. If you’ve got something meaningful, show it. But if your argument boils down to “trust me, I’m smarter,” then you’re not leading the adults anywhere.

Also, here’s the thing…everything that you have said over the past 4-5 years is irrelevant because this is a completely different company that you are applying the same “DD” to.
