Never say never, but that would be a loooong way down the road.
He needs to master the OTC, before he can even think about the NASDAQ. And as of today, I can see that he is doing a poor job of getting the most for his money.
He took what was the 0016 level and today we saw 1/2 that. And I'm expecting lower.
JMO
