Oh I played that one smarty. My first post there was February 26th when it was trading at $0.0003 and $0.0004 where I loaded up based on the due diligence that I posted. It run up to $0.0012 on April 22nd. I didn't bank all my gains at the high but I did much better than a double on all. My last post on that board was April 7th. That is as close as I will come to promoting a stinky OTC ticker.

However I will stick my neck out here a bit and say that if you look at their trading today you will see two buys of 2 million shares each around 1:45. That is me reentering with a small position. 😏 I don't always pick winners but I do apply a little reading of the filings to gain an advantage in this casino. So if I get burned on that buy you can have some fun. 😆 But I don't hold for years like you do. I practice what is called capital preservation when the fundaments turn.

It must be truly rewarding banking those “nice stacks” from beaten-down NASDAQ tickers is it $IDVV 😂

Looking at their annual released February 7th I see only two convertible notes outstanding totaling $122,124. One with an outstanding balance of for $44,625 and another for $77,499. I see several share issuances in July 2024 priced at $0.001 with another in October, same price. That they managed to get what looks to be decent terms for the $2.5 million credit line in December. Part of that is "Revenue-sharing arrangements" which tells me that this lender sees something worth investing in. The company is going through a change of control and I'm not keen on Chinese owned tickers, but with a relatively low share count this looks to be a sleeper at the moment with some real potential.
