Why don't you at least admit when you check into the facts that there was a lot of shady shit that got to the end result . Why can't people be objective to the facts . How can the buyer of the assets say they didn't want the take or pay contract yet somehow the contract is still being fulfilled ? There were many shareholders that were buyers well before delisting. This is not just about people who gambled this is about understanding how Bioambers shareholders got railroaded and now someone with deep pockets stole this for pennys on the dollar and stands to make a killing . Because people here don't have the funds doesn't mean that was done was legal or perhaps skirting the legality to end up at this conclusion. Just look at the shipping records and you will see that during the time BioAmber Canada wasn't manufacturing BioAmber products mysteriously were  still being shipped to fulfill their contracts . Just because shareholders haven't paid for a lawyer yet to prove deception doesn't mean it didn't happen . Seriously when big money can get Biden elected it's not surprising that big money stole to control what's going to replace petroleum based products. Post away it doesn't change the facts .
