[Consequent]

Last month Midnight Sun Mining Corp. (MMA.v MDNGF) announced the commencement of the 2025 phase one exploration campaign at the Solwezi Copper Project in Zambia, sandwiched between First Quantum’s Kansanshi mine and Barrick’s Lumwana super-pit.

Dumbwa
- Extensive dipole-dipole IP geophysical survey will be utilized to test the 20km strike extent of the Dumbwa copper-in-soil anomaly (to guide targeted drilling)

Kazhiba
- Approximately 4,000m of reverse circulation drilling across 125 holes is planned
- 1,000m (6-8 holes) of core drilling planned

Mitu
- Extensive Partial Ionic Leach sampling program will be launched to test the entire Mitu Trend along the western flank of the Solwezi Dome (plan to collect 1,800 samples)
