WOW! so it was not a typo. Aitan really did give himself 100M shares for .0001 each. 1/10th of market value at the time. This is just theft.

This guy gifts himself 100M shares at .0001. However, the par value of the shares according to his SEC filings is .001.

So, either the SEC filings are wrong or the corporate charter states .0001.

You really aren't supposed to go below par value. That's just a terrible thing to do (and not legal some places).

He really went out and issued himself 100M instead of 10M shares at .001.

This guy is on a whole different playing field. 🤣
