Just talked to VP of NJ JIAHERB to discuss their legally proven responsibilities to shareholders of CPDU, as re-registration is merely a consolidated 10K for the previous neglected years of noncompliance; according to several securities attorneys in fact.
SLIGHT Spelling devious deceptions are not legal without 8K filed with SEC.
Defrauded shareholders should demand litigation; as now they are HUUUGE! !! !!!
