In the Amended filings it is pretty funny that Park has Professional Fees of $530,571. That is odd for unaudited financials - no fees for SEC filings.

But the magical disappearance of the Bloxcross revenue without explanation is a big problem.

Note 10. Revenue
The increase in revenue of $ 3,224,737 as of September 30, 2024 is from Hamilton Associates.

That isn't much of an explanation - if there was an appreciation in 510 Hamilton that would be on the Balance Sheet - certainly not revenue.

If there was an increase of $3.2 million in "rent" that would be revenue.

I do know that the IRS would be interested in the Spooz revenue.
