I think the NM283/NM282 mistake was a simple typo. The other errors you pointed out (e.eg., milestone payments) were a bigger deal. I'm not defending Werber because it does looked like it was a rush job.
VRTX seems to be theStreet's darling, and downgrading IDIX's share price estimate has worked so far, even if the general market meltdown helped.
