I’ve heard these offerings are supposed to be a good thing, as why would you invest into a company only to sell at a loss. That being said 50bil auth shares is a lot of liquidity and once someone sees what they deem a good return on investment, lets say 100% which would only be $0.03 based on the offering of $0.015, that would start selling pressure. I mean if the stock rises to 3 cents I’d me more than happy but have yet to see an offering to actually playout where the pps increased here in otc land (not that I have been in every penny stock that had an offering, just my experience)
So all that to say I echo what you said, let’s see how this plays out.
