MM’s short while the price goes up, then they try to cover when it goes back down. The vast majority of buys over the past several months were at or below .01. It would make no sense for MM’s to sell share between.004 and .01, and then buy them back at or cover over .01. Very good chance those shares sold under .01 are still short. JMHO
