The approach on this one looks to be the same as OCUL in re the degradable carrier based on HA. One issue is the sheer volume of the aflibercept compared to axtinib, but it could be done with multiple inserts. My initial impression is 'meh' but time will tell.

The Optigo is more interesting if I'm reading it correctly. We'll see if a REGN or another BP picks it up.
