JAZZ

I think I made a mistake with JAZZ AH selling at $103 (But not a huge one).

In retrospect, after further review I don't think I made the right call. At first I seen a huge drop in the eps numbers and I thought look out below, so rushed to sell, which admittingly I think was a mistake. If I learned how to read which I'm told I learned to do that over 40 years ago. And I read it, and somehow just missed it with the one time costs. Which is a mistake to say the least. Although the way the company disclosed it could of been better in my opinion.

Now overall I'm balance the stock is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too cheap if adding back the one time costs to sell where I did and took a huge loss so that is a mistake, although on a positive note I guess it is a tax loss and I don't think the stock will rally too far with those numbers out there either. so could always buy it back in a month if I so desire.

Too be fair q1 numbers revs were disappointing (although I think they mentioned they had 1 less week in the CC compared to y/y last year) and I think even adding back the one time cost they seem to lower eps guidance by a couple of $, Obviously my opinion of the stock although I probably wouldn't of sold at these prices if I read it properly, the quarter I see as a slight negative, hence I feel if I want to buyback in a month and need to listen to the CC again to make that determination, I do acknowledge the upside from where I thought it would be has been hit somewhat and furthermore this gains might be realized in 2026 (Or at least later 2025) as comps this year with the expenses won't be pretty and the way they break it out doesn't help either, I have concerns the market might not ignore that in 2025, I still believe JAZZ will be a really good story, but admittingly this story might be deferred in terms of stock price movement. Time will tell. Anyways took the tax loss for better or worse. May buyback after a deeper listen of the CC in a month, but admittingly the comps won't turn positive unless you read the fine print until q3 in my opinion is my belief. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.

---All above is just my humble opinion.
And I could always be wrong.
And as always do your own DD.---
