Oh my!  Mr. C just realized there is risk in investing in a shell stock.  If Delfin is seriously getting their financing in order as we speak and there is a plan to use TGLO the word will start spreading to the banks and partners.  All it takes is one of them to mention TGLO is in the mix and this stock makes a huge jump.
