He's an interesting candidate, since he's lived in Israel for such a long time. And he's in charge of the tiny Gaza congregation. Pope Francis was very attached to them, and even at the very end of his life, called them every day.

One thing I think we can count out is an American Pope. I think Tobin would be a very interesting choice, but a very unlikely one.
