If your talking about OneMind and MTi they are not subcontractors They are technical service providers and partners with who ever is asking for and contracting them for their products and services. These products and service will remain in place long after the "job" is done They receive a licensing fee over the duration of the use of their products and a fee for setting up and intergrating it into the systems that are being installed. They are not putting in toilets and then walk away when the job is done. They both own proprietary products that are licensed to them which then generates revenue for them or the company to be more precise That's if your talking about them being sub contractors.
