Ssc, here's a simple way to understand the difference between price and value, which you seem to confuse regularly.

Value is calculated. Price is negotiated on the markets.

Think of it like this:
If I sell you a banana for $1, that means you value the banana more than the dollar, and I value the dollar more than the banana. That’s why the trade happens — we disagree on what’s more valuable to us personally.

Now here's the key insight:

If price is higher than your calculated value, you should sell.

If value is higher than the price, you should buy.

Volume of zero tells you:

No one is selling. Value is way higher than the price. The oil prospect in Block 10 in the same basin with 1.5 billion barrels equivalent tells you that.

But no one is also buying, but that's because we don't want a premature short squeeze.
