Not Golar and not Cedar, which was totally influenced and developed with Delfin's input as a prior partner and now consultant, so that really leaves only Delfin.

Cedar launched first due to lack of any true licensing or political influences holding it back. It's also a native Indian project which probably made it easier to get going. Cedar acts as a blueprint for the Delfin project. It's the prototype.

This has got the boys' fingerprints all over it. Too much lines up for it to be some other entity.
