The company just has no money to do anything so is at the mercy or a partner to brings funds to the table.

Unfortunately, like always happens in the past, the clock will expire before CBRF even gets a shot off and we will be back to square one.

Such a shame. We need new leadership but major shareholders are content with status quo for some reason …
