I don’t see any gains here for a while! Might want to dump and re buy in, you just know all the insiders will storm this with precise timing! Currently no momentum to move the needle, if anything, equity in homes is plummeting and new home construction is silent. Foreclosures are growing, high rise condo’s are sitting! Not a pretty picture!
